Red Rose Telecom Ltd is owned and operated by Mark Pattman, whose experience in the mobile phone industry dates back to 1999. Mark formed the company in 2003 having left a previous employer due to his dissatisfaction at how his customers were being treated. It is this ethos and belief that the customer should always come first that is at the roots of Red Rose Telecom Ltd and has proved to be the basis of its success.

Red Rose Telecom is a genuinely independent business mobile phone company. This allows customers the choice of products and services from all the major UK networks. This is particularly important for companies who have a large international spend, as prices and products vary greatly between the networks.

The company has a very loyal customer base that has found the level of service they have received to be far superior to anything they had previously experienced. The customers range from small businesses with one or two mobiles to national and international companies with in excess of 200 users.

Whilst being a relatively small company, the knowledge and efficiency of the staff allows Red Rose Telecom to offer a much better service than that provided by larger companies. It does not try and portray a corporate image, but instead is proud to be a smaller operation. It is felt that this gives customers a more personal experience.
